The Technogel water chiller plant is normally used in conjunction with Technogel's mix-processing plants.
The Technogel water chiller plant is normally used in conjunction with Technogel's mix-processing plants. Delivers chilled water (+2°C) to both aging tanks for storage of the mix at +4°C and to the heat exchanger for the immediate cooling of the ice cream mix down to +4°C.
