Soya products for ice-cream without dairy milk that are sweetened with fructose.

Wsoya is a single base for all types of soya ice-cream that does not contain milk derivatives, animal fats and saccharose sugars.

The absence of milk means that this type of ice ice-cream is more digestable for some. This product has a completely neutral flavour.

With Wsoya base it is possible to make all kinds of soya ice-cream with a wonderfully soft and creamy texture that can be used with classic Italian concentrates such as Big Fruit and Big Classic. This product does not contain genetically modified soya.

How to use it: for ice-cream without saccharose sugar add to Wsoya Base cocoa, fresh fruit or Big Classic, the sugar free choices are (peanut, pure pistachio, smooth and granular hazelnut).

For soya ice-creams with sugar you can add to Wsoia Base cacao, fresh fruit, Big Fruit or Big Classic. Use in the same way you would with milk and fruit bases.

Pronto Soia (quick soya) is for those who would like a product ready for use, complete and already weighed, in which you add only water. It is available in 4 classic varieties: Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla and Vanilla with Bran.
