Special to realize STRACCIATELLA ice-cream.

How to use: heat the Bigatton ice-cream coating gently.

Take your ice-cream out of the machine and pour the coating over the ice-cream with a spoon.

The coating can also be used to cover ice-cream cones and to create colourful shapes using plastic moulds.
