Aging Vats

The Agetwin 55 and Agetwin 120 ice cream aging vats are made entirely from food grade 100% stanless steel.  The mix is maintained at +4°C and is stirred continuously and slowly to ensure homogeneity and to make the finished ice cream firmer and creamier.
