People like you, who want to develop their professional and commercial gelato-making skills and learn more about how to make their gelateria business even more successful. Here you can learn and improve your skillsand knowledge to use gelato ingredients and ice cream ingredients for that perfect scoop.
Where
Gelato School will be held at our AB Commercial gelato and industrial ice-cream demonstration kitchen and product development laboratory - which is being built right now in our new offices at Heidelberg West, Victoria.
Reservations for training sessions will be accepted from genuine industry professionals and aspirants. (Conditions apply).
When

How much?
Gelato School is provided free of charge as a service to our valued customers and friends in the commercial gelato and industrial ice cream industry, by AB Commercial, your gelato and ice cream specialists, and Accademia Bigatton, Venice, Italy, and Dubai, UAE.
Classes will be conducted in English by our professional maestro gelato chef and chef di scuola, Matteo Scarello.
